Where do we go from here?

Have been hanging out with a lot of good people lately. A friend who makes bee hives, a friend who runs a greenhouse and teaches kids about plants, and a Doctor who has been in Haiti awhile trying to figure out how to address big public health concerns in kids. What does it take to make all this good work in all the right places? Good will which I feel like in America we are running short on. People can't do the most simple things because we are so polarized. Often times the right thing appears so easy, no partisan, and good for everybody. Why does everyone need to get something special and why am I not happy until I get all I can.
For one of the few times in my life I am starting to feel able to affect positive change. And that enough of us are in this together that things may not end up perfect but better for sure.

The beginning

Have been thinking a lot about the 6 billion of us who roam around this place. And how so many of want what is good for all of us and few of us can't get over the differences in hair color enough to say you know his a cool chap. But I am not much into journaling so if you can find it you can read it. Water is the center of my passion but that is mostly an issue of justice. How can I tell someone they should die of dehydration. If I am on my bike and can't find a water fountain in 3 miles I feel like my tax dollars should be spent more effectively. Have had many scattered thoughts but this may be a start.
